collaboration of local employers, affiliates, and community leaders
dedicated to promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging within Tompkins County.

In 2024, we are proud to be celebrating our 25th anniversary of providing
community support and advocating for the professional upward mobility
and well-being of all humans.
