The two-hour forum will provide opportunity for business owners,
organizations, and individuals to learn more about removing employment
application “check-box” questions regarding criminal records, and delaying the
background check inquiry until later in the hiring process.
Questions will be addressed by panelists representing government,
academia, law, small business, and non-profits
who have implemented “Ban the Box” at their workplaces; who have had
experience with the criminal justice system; or who are working to support
those who are re-entering the community and seeking to be productive citizens.
We hope to see you there!
